Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel or cargo sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
Develop and implement effective growth strategies
Conduct market research and analyze competitors to inform business decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational goals
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Development Manager in the travel or cargo industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Proven track record of driving business growth
Ability to work independently and meet targets
