Job Summary

The Law Crest LLP is seeking a Finance & Administrative Assistant to support financial and administrative operations. The role involves managing payments, accounting records, audits, and general office administration while ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial processes.



Key Responsibilities


Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate financial records


Post transactions to accounting software and ensure proper documentation


Support monthly accounts, budgeting, reconciliations, and statutory returns


Assist with audits, cash advance tracking, and adherence to financial policies


Manage administrative tasks including inventory, procurement, and fleet operations




Required Qualifications

HND or BSc in Accounting or Finance


Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge


Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software


Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills


High attention to detail and understanding of data confidentiality


ICAN or ACCA certification is an added advantage
