Job Summary


PWAN Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to serve as the first point of contact for clients, affiliates, and prospects. The role involves managing inquiries, resolving complaints, and supporting sales and operations to enhance overall customer experience.











Key Responsibilities


Attend to walk-in clients and respond to inquiries professionally


Manage phone calls, emails, and social media communications


Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently


Maintain accurate customer records and documentation


Follow up on client requests and ensure timely feedback


Support sales and operations teams to improve customer experience


Provide reports on customer feedback and service improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant field


2–4 years of experience in customer service; real estate experience is an advantage


Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational abilities


Proficient in Microsoft Office tools


Professional appearance and confident demeanor
