Swift Consulting Limited is recruiting on behalf of its client in the E-commerce industry for a Head of Operations Vendor Relations. The role requires a strategic leader who will oversee operational processes, strengthen vendor partnerships, and ensure efficient supply chain coordination to support business growth.
Oversee inventory movement, product availability, and warehouse coordination to ensure smooth operations
Evaluate operational performance data to detect inefficiencies and implement effective improvements
Identify, onboard, and manage vendors across multiple product categories
Build and sustain strong vendor relationships to guarantee timely supply, competitive pricing, and quality standards
Collaborate with executive management to align operational strategies with overall business objectives
Lead and supervise operations and vendor management teams while driving performance excellence
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
Four to five years of demonstrated experience in e-commerce operations, vendor management, supply chain, or related roles
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Proven leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in e-commerce management platforms, inventory systems, and spreadsheet tools
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
