Job Summary

Swift Consulting Limited is hiring on behalf of its client, an E-commerce company, for the role of Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will manage customer interactions, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to delivering a seamless shopping experience that promotes satisfaction and loyalty.



Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, live chat, and social media channels in a timely manner


Address complaints, manage order concerns, and process returns or refunds professionally


Provide clear and accurate details regarding products, services, and delivery updates


Maintain comprehensive records of customer communications and transactions


Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve customer-related matters


Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention





Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, OND, or HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline


One to three years of relevant experience in customer service, call center operations, or a similar position, preferably within the e-commerce industry


Strong verbal and written communication skills


Effective problem-solving and conflict management abilities


Proficiency in CRM systems, chat platforms, email tools, and general computer applications


Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment


Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
