BOOX Community is seeking a proactive and target-driven Engagement & Marketing Officer to support the growth of the admissionBOOX platform across schools in Lagos. The role involves building strategic relationships, onboarding schools, and ensuring effective use of the platform.
Identify and map prospective schools within Lagos
Develop and implement engagement and marketing strategies
Present the admissionBOOX platform to school administrators and decision-makers
Drive school onboarding and adoption of the system
Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth platform usage
Work independently to achieve engagement and performance targets
Utilize digital tools and social media to support outreach efforts
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to train, guide, and solve client-related challenges
Passion for improving educational systems
Comfortable using social media platforms and digital tools
