Hr manager (Must be a lawyer)

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager who is also a qualified Lawyer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will manage all HR functions while ensuring full compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff management

• Develop and implement HR policies in line with labour laws

• Handle disciplinary matters and employee relations

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance

• Advise management on HR and labour-related issues

Must be a qualified Lawyer (LL.B / BL)

• Minimum of 3–5 years HR experience

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour and employment laws

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
