A leading organization in the Oil and Gas industry is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong partnerships, and securing profitable contracts to increase revenue.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic alliances
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders
Prepare and present proposals, bids, and business presentations
Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts with clients
Achieve revenue targets and support overall business growth objectives
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
Represent the organization at industry events, meetings, and networking engagements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 to 6 years experience in business development or sales, preferably within the Oil and Gas sector
Demonstrated success in closing high-value business deals
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure
Added Advantage:
MBA or relevant professional certification
Established industry network within the Oil and Gas sector
Experience in EPC, upstream, or downstream projects
