Scale Army is hiring a Remote Customer Support Specialist to manage outbound customer interactions for U.S.-based clients. This role is fully remote and suited for professionals with strong sales and customer support experience in structured call center environments.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Provide accurate information and support to U.S.-based clients
Maintain professional communication and follow call scripts where required
Document customer interactions and update records accordingly
Meet daily performance and call targets
Support sales and retention objectives through effective communication
Minimum of 1 year sales experience in a call center environment
At least 2 years customer support experience serving U.S.-based clients
Prior outbound calling experience in healthcare, insurance, or high-end services is an advantage
Strong spoken English and interpersonal skills
Ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM CST from home
