Data & Growth Analyst

TeamAce Limited, on behalf of its client in the Transport and Technology sector, is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Data & Growth Analyst. The successful candidate will track, analyze, and interpret key operational and growth metrics to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance across user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.

• Monitor and report daily and weekly on partner onboarding, route coverage, and market penetration.
• Track key metrics including app installs, bookings, revenues, and user engagement.
• Build and maintain data dashboards and performance reports for the leadership team.
• Provide actionable insights to guide marketing, operations, and product teams.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend data-backed solutions to optimize growth.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in startups, tech, or fintech industries.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
