Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report daily and weekly on partner onboarding, route coverage, and market penetration.
- Track key metrics including app installs, bookings, revenues, and user engagement.
- Build and maintain data dashboards and performance reports for the leadership team.
- Provide actionable insights to guide marketing, operations, and product teams.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend data-backed solutions to optimize growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in startups, tech, or fintech industries.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
