Tectainet is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide professional customer support, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires an experienced customer service professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple customer interactions.
Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and policies
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and technical issues
Process customer orders, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately
Provide clear and detailed product and service information
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal teams
Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Collect customer feedback to improve services
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service operations
Proven experience as a Customer Service or Client Service Representative
Strong phone handling skills and active listening ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer-focused mindset with ability to handle different personalities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency in PC usage, CRM systems, and smart devices
Strong understanding of customer relationship processes and business development
Must reside around Agege or Ifako Ijaiye, Lagos State
OND, HND, BSc, or MSc in Customer Service or a related field
