Job Summary

MOD Arts School of Music is seeking a high-level Admin/HR Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the school. This role is ideal for a systems-driven professional with strong leadership, HR, and organizational skills, capable of supporting staff, managing schedules, and structuring internal processes for growth.



Key Responsibilities


Develop, document, and improve operational systems including SOPs and staff handbooks


Supervise junior administrative staff and oversee daily school operations


Manage recruitment, onboarding, and faculty relations


Coordinate and manage all student and teacher class schedules


Maintain accurate student records and handle professional communication with parents


Support smooth internal workflows and administrative efficiency




Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree


Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in Admin or HR


Strong systems-oriented mindset


Proficiency in Google Suite and calendar management


High emotional intelligence and excellent professional communication skills
