Restaurant Supervisor

Midnight City Lagos is recruiting a skilled and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead staff effectively, and maintain high service standards at its Lagos outlet.

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and coordinate staff duties

Maintain excellent customer service and consistent service quality

Supervise staff performance, punctuality, and workplace conduct

Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner

Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and internal operational policies

Support management in achieving operational efficiency and sales targets

Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a related supervisory role

Strong leadership and people management abilities

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage shifts efficiently

Solid knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
