Hotel Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Supervisor to manage daily hotel operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences and efficient staff performance.

Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and support staff

Monitor daily operations and maintain service quality

Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues

Prepare duty rosters, reports, and performance feedback

Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain smooth operations

Minimum of HND/BSc in Hospitality Management or related discipline

2–3 years of experience in a supervisory hospitality role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good understanding of hotel operations

Ability to work flexible schedules
