Job Summary

PHARMARUN is seeking a Growth Associate (HMO Sales) to drive partnerships with Health Maintenance Organizations, expand market reach, and support the company’s growth strategy.




Key Responsibilities


Identify and engage potential HMO partners


Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets


Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention


Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes and onboarding


Monitor performance metrics and provide regular sales reports



Required Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field


Experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or HMO services


Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


Ability to work in a hybrid environment and meet performance targets
