Job Summary

CrownCrest Investments is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead its real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, close high-value property deals, and build a strong, results-driven sales team.



Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set revenue and sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for premium real estate properties.

Identify, negotiate, and close high-value property deals with clients and investors.

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.

Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Represent the company professionally and strengthen market presence.




Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate sales with proven deal-closing success.

Demonstrated leadership experience managing and growing sales teams.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Results-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a competitive environment.

Experience handling premium or high-value property portfolios is an advantage.
