Ed Alfie & Winmax Advisory is recruiting a highly experienced Distributor Head of Operations to lead the commercial, operational, and financial performance of a large FMCG distribution business. This senior leadership role is sales-management focused and requires strong expertise in distribution operations, warehouse management, supply chain coordination, and financial discipline.
Drive full achievement of volume and revenue targets across assigned territories
Lead daily, weekly, and monthly sales execution and performance reviews
Manage territory coverage, route-to-market planning, and outlet productivity
Oversee warehouse operations, stock integrity, FIFO compliance, and expiry management
Coordinate supply chain forecasting, replenishment, and allocation with principal companies
Ensure strict cash collection, debt control, and working capital efficiency
Develop and manage distributor business plans, budgets, and profitability targets
Recruit, deploy, coach, and manage high-performing sales teams
Ensure strong retail execution, merchandising, and trade program implementation
Serve as the primary operational interface with principal companies and ensure governance compliance
Minimum of 5 years experience in FMCG sales and distribution operations
Prior experience with a top retail-distribution-focused FMCG company is mandatory
Proven experience managing large territories, distributor businesses, warehouses, and sales teams
Strong understanding of route-to-market execution and supply chain coordination
Solid grasp of distributor finance, cash management, and P&L drivers
Excellent analytical, leadership, and performance management skills
High integrity, discipline, and execution-driven leadership style
