• Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support performance management and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations
• Assist in employee engagement and retention strategies
• Provide guidance and support to management on HR matters
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR or administration
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
