The role requires a results-driven professional with solid pharmaceutical knowledge and hands-on sales and marketing experience.
Develop, communicate, and execute effective marketing strategies to drive product performance
Manage product portfolios and support sales growth initiatives
Analyze market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to guide decision-making
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective product positioning and promotion
Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and marketing materials
Support promotional planning and execution across assigned markets
Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic market insights
Ensure strong product knowledge across sales teams
Utilize statistical data and reports to track performance and improve outcomes
B.Pharm degree or B.Sc in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Physiology, or Biological Sciences
Minimum of two years field experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Sound statistical knowledge with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong product knowledge with excellent presentation abilities
Must reside in Onitsha or be willing to relocate at personal cost
Ability to design and implement effective marketing strategies that drive sales growth
