Manage and supervise daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Lead, guide, and inspire hotel staff to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction
Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies, procedures, and service guidelines
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across departments
Ensure staff accountability, discipline, and effective performance management
Monitor hotel performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
Resolve operational challenges and maintain a high standard of service quality
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant discipline
Minimum of five years’ experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership
Proven leadership skills with a track record of operational excellence
