A reputable organization in the healthtech sector is seeking a Finance Associate to support day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and assist with reporting, budgeting, and compliance tasks. The role ensures efficient financial management and proper adherence to company policies.
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation
Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims in line with company procedures
Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactions
Support preparation of management accounts, financial reports, and budgets
Track operating expenses and assist with cost control initiatives
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
Minimum of two years’ experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within healthcare or a structured organization
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and numerical accuracy
