The Poultry Farm Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a poultry farm to ensure efficient production, animal welfare, biosecurity, and compliance with health and safety standards. This role involves managing staff, monitoring flock health, optimizing productivity, and maintaining farm equipment and records.

· Plan, organize, and supervise daily poultry farm operations

· Manage feeding, watering, housing, and overall care of poultry

· Monitor flock health and coordinate with veterinarians when needed

· Implement and enforce biosecurity and animal welfare practices

· Maintain accurate production, health, and inventory records

· Supervise, train, and schedule farm workers

· Ensure compliance with local regulations, health standards, and safety policies
