Manage and expand a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and premium investors
Source, engage, and close high-value real estate transactions (₦50 million and above)
Market and sell luxury properties across prime locations
Conduct in-depth market research and analyze luxury property trends
Develop and present tailored investment proposals with clear value propositions
Provide a premium client experience aligned with company luxury standards
Meet and exceed sales targets in the luxury real estate segment
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in luxury sales, investment advisory, or real estate consulting
Established network or access to high-net-worth clients is a strong advantage
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Confident, polished, and professional demeanor suitable for high-level client interactions
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
