Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Conduct skin assessments and design customized treatment plans
Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures including facials, body massage, body polish, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, LED therapy, body contouring, and skin tag removal
Provide services such as laser hair removal, waxing, spray tanning, manicures, and pedicures
Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend suitable products
Maintain hygiene and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
Manage client bookings and records accurately
Upsell treatments and products to meet sales targets
Required Qualifications
Minimum SSCE/OND qualification; formal certification or diploma in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or Beauty Therapy is mandatory
Proven experience in a spa or clinical aesthetic setting
Knowledge of skin anatomy, treatment protocols, and beauty products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a luxury, team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
