* Identify, engage, and onboard new clients, building a strong pipeline of opportunities
* Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry scans to inform strategies
* Prepare and deliver business proposals, client presentations, and follow-ups
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate reports on business development activities
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
* Participate in strategic growth initiatives and ad-hoc business development projects
* B.Sc./HND/OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
* 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with interest in HR consulting and business growth
* Willingness to travel frequently within and outside Ibadan
* Must reside in Ibadan and be available for hybrid work
