* Drive technical sales and business development initiatives
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations
* Collaborate with technical teams to recommend solutions to clients
* Track sales performance, generate reports, and meet revenue targets
* Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and site visits
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales engineering or technical sales
* Experience in the HVAC industry
* Strong understanding of engineering systems, EPC processes, or energy solutions
* Proven track record in generating leads and closing sales
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and meet targets
* Strong client management and problem-solving skills
* Commercial acumen, market and competitor awareness
* B.Sc/HND in Engineering
* Experience in Food & Beverage, Power, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical & Petrochemical, or Pulp & Paper is a plus
