Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the bank’s long-term vision and strategy
* Lead fundraising across early rounds (pre-seed to Series A)
* Build alliances with blockchain ecosystems, fintechs, custodians, and traditional banks
* Oversee regulatory engagement, licensing, compliance, and risk management
* Build and manage teams across product, engineering, compliance, and operations
* Drive innovation in digital assets, stablecoins, payments, custody, and on/off-ramp services
Required Qualifications
* 7+ years in senior leadership roles (CEO, COO, GM, VP, Founder)
* Experience in Web3, fintech, or digital banking
* Proven track record in fundraising and investor relations
* Strong network in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or VC ecosystems
* Deep understanding of digital asset regulation, compliance, and security
* Proven ability to scale early-stage companies
**Bonus Points:**
* Experience with VASP, EMI, MSB, or digital asset licensing
* Partnerships with major blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Cosmos)
* Experience launching or leading digital asset products
* Knowledge of tokenomics and on-chain infrastructure
