* Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments
* Engage prospective patients with professionalism, clarity, and a friendly approach
* Provide accurate information on dental services and clinic locations
* Follow up on leads and maintain detailed call and CRM records
* Collaborate closely with clinic teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
* Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets
* Excellent communication and persuasive skills
* Experience in telesales, call centre operations, or customer service
* Healthcare-related experience is an added advantage
* Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
* Strong emotional intelligence and professional conduct
* Must be resident in either Lagos or Abuja
