The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening relationships with distributors and retail partners across Lagos within the FMCG sector.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
Drive product distribution, visibility, and availability across retail outlets
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and defined KPIs
Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor and market intelligence
Execute sales promotions and ensure effective product merchandising
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and marketing initiatives
Minimum of two to three years sales experience in the FMCG industry
Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and trade channels
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with minimal supervision
OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
