The company is seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to support business growth, client acquisition, and multi-channel marketing campaigns across creative, FMCG, entertainment, beauty, tech, and consumer sectors.
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract and convert clients
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, brands, and stakeholders
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and pitches
Track marketing performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns
Collaborate with PR, creative, and talent management teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within creative, PR, or IMC roles
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and PR trends is an added advantage
