HiiT Plc is seeking an experienced Head of Digital Marketing and Sales to lead marketing and sales strategy for HiiT Training Institute. The role focuses on driving market growth, increasing sales performance, and expanding market share through integrated marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Develop and execute integrated annual marketing plans aligned with management business goals
Lead marketing strategy development and serve as key advisor to business units
Monitor and control marketing activities, budgets, and performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
Collaborate with team members to design and execute result driven strategies for products and services
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and new market entry strategies
Expand existing market penetration and explore new growth markets
Oversee social media presence, traditional media, and public relations activities
Carry out additional assignments as directed by management
Minimum of three years post NYSC experience in core marketing management within a high turnover or fast paced organization
First degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline with at least second class lower
MBA is an added advantage
Strong competence in social media marketing for business growth
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
Excellent negotiation and problem solving abilities
Business result oriented mindset
