Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of AI and Robotics Labs, ensuring high-performance standards in project delivery and technical research
Design and execute a 3-year strategic roadmap for market expansion and consultancy growth
Lead B2B and B2G outreach to secure partnerships, grants, and corporate training mandates
Supervise development of AI/Robotics educational products and consultancy frameworks
Act as primary liaison between technical teams, investors, and external partners
Manage the Centre’s P&L, optimize operational budgets, and ensure sustainable revenue growth
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP, Prince2) or AI/Robotics Strategy preferred
8–10 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in senior leadership or directorial roles
Proven track record in EdTech or Technology Consultancy
Strategic thinking, technical literacy in AI/Robotics, revenue generation, Agile management, and strong communication skills
