Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development
Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and learning programs
Handle complex employee relations, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
Manage HR records, systems, and reporting
Mentor and supervise HR team members, driving efficiency and improvement
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification advantageous)
3–6 years progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR software
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-management abilities
Experience in media, advertising, or creative industry is preferred
