Make outbound calls to leads and prospects
Conduct needs assessments and qualify leads for sales follow-up
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead engagement strategies
Develop and implement off-plan payment recovery strategies
Monitor client accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure collections efficiency
Identify areas for process improvement to minimize bad debt
Maintain accurate records and reports using financial software and MS Office
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 4 years’ experience in telesales, lead qualification, collections, or customer-facing roles in real estate, insurance, or finance
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Analytical mindset for assessing client payment behavior and tailoring recovery strategies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a results-driven approach
