Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for new and existing projects
Mentor and manage the sales team to achieve targets

Oversee internal sales operations, processes, and reporting

Negotiate deals, close sales, and manage client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

Ensure legal compliance in contracts and sales documents
First Degree in any discipline; Master’s/MBA is an advantage
Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, and business development in real estate
Proven leadership and results delivery experience
Strong sales, marketing, and customer relationship management skills
Excellent communication, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities
Familiarity with online content marketing, social media, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
Analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset
High integrity, accountability, and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
