Coordinate all customer metering activities
Develop weekly plans for field teams and address customer complaints
Ensure correct meter rating and installation
Investigate metering complaints and provide technical feedback
Monitor meter installations, recertification, and validation
Liaise with pre-paid meter and billing platform vendors
Perform random audit checks to maintain quality standards
Ensure prompt distribution of bills and accurate reporting
Ensure compliance with quality assurance and safety standards
Prepare periodic reports for Lead, Commercial
Perform other tasks as assigned
First Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
4–6 years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge of electricity regulations, energy loss prevention, and meter standards
Supervisory, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills
Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and reporting
