Job Summary

Glory Lucas Foundation is a growing nonprofit organization working in the social impact and mental health space, with a strong focus on youth development and community transformation. The foundation is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support volunteer coordination, internal administration, and people-centered operations as its programs continue to expand.



Key Responsibilities


Coordinate volunteer onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing communication


Serve as a liaison between volunteers and the core leadership team


Foster positive relationships, collaboration, and team morale among volunteers


Support administrative functions including documentation, record keeping, and internal coordination


Track volunteer participation and engagement across programs


Identify challenges within the volunteer team and propose people-focused solutions


Ensure volunteers feel informed, supported, and aligned with the foundation’s mission





Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree minimum


Educational background in Social Sciences such as Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Psychology, Sociology, International Relations, or related fields


Proven experience coordinating or managing teams in formal or informal settings


Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills


High level of organization, dependability, and emotional intelligence


Passion for social impact, community development, and volunteerism


Ability to work collaboratively in a growing and evolving nonprofit environment
