• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other social media platforms.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Work across all Mabilla Group products
• Document and track customer interactions using CRM tools
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer support role
• Previous experience working in a fintech company
• Experience working remotely
• Good knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and support multiple products
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• HND or B.Sc. in any related discipline
